Centre Management / Customer Service
The Centre Management office is accessed via the car park, to the rear of 18 Grams. Our office is open from 9am - 5pm weekdays, and we can be contacted on 02 8814 4100.
Justice of the Peace Service
A free Justice of the Peace service is available each week at Stanhope Village. No booking required. The JP Service is situated just outside of Coles, behind Gloria Jeans Coffees, and operates Wednesday afternoons from 3pm - 6pm and Saturday mornings 9am - 12noon.
Play Areas - Please be advised that the the Play Areas are currently closed until further notice.
We have two fun and safe play areas for kids to enjoy! Our indoor play area is located directly opposite Family Pets and Aquariums and is a fun and interactive experience for younger kids. The outdoor play area is located outside of Michel's Patisserie and a great space for kids to enjoy.
Stanhope Village is conveniently all on one level, and offers disabled parking close to our centre entries. We also have disabled facilities available at all three of our amenities locations, as well as wheelchairs available for use whilst visiting the centre. Wheelchairs can be collected during business hours Monday - Friday, outside of these hours including weekends and public holidays please contact security on 0411 284 245.
Community Mall Sites
Stanhope Village enjoys giving something back to the community. If you are part of a sporting team or community group and would like an opportunity such as registration days, group demonstrations or awareness raising, Stanhope Village offers you FREE Community Mall Sites throughout the centre.
