Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Revelop Estate Management Pty Ltd, ABN 88146645865 trading as Stanhope Village, located at Stanhope Village Shopping Centre, 2 Sentry Drive, Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768. Telephone: (02) 9049 8890.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Hello World Stanhope, or any associated agencies or companies connected with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on August 17 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at eligible retailers*
b) Visit the promotion website
c) Complete the online entry form with their full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested details;
d) Upload a clear image or PDF of their valid receipt from Stanhope Village receipt as proof of purchase.
e) Must be signed up to Stanhope Village newsletter.
Each valid receipt qualifies for one entry per day. The email address provided will be used to determine the daily entry limit.
5. Entry Restrictions
• Only one entry per person, per day, is permitted.
• A unique and valid receipt from Stanhope Village is required for each entry.
• Duplicate receipts or entries with the same receipt will be deemed invalid.
• Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won:
$10,000 Gift Card from Hello World Stanhope; to be redeemed at Hello World Stanhope.
For one travel package attachment of flights, accommodation, tour and/or cruise.
• Recommended Retail Value:
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Any additional costs not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Draw
Ends 5th October 2026
The prize draw will be conducted at 10AM AEST on October 12th 2026, at Stanhope Village Centre Management Office, 2 Sentry Drive, Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768.
The draw will be conducted electronically at random using a certified drawing system.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
8. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the winner does not claim the prize within 1 month of the initial draw, or the prize is forfeited for any reason, a second chance draw will be held at 10AM AEST on October 12 2026, at the same location. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified as per Clause 8.
10. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Receipt copies must be original and clearly show the store name, date, and amount. If receipt is a digital copy, entrants are able to screen shot the receipt and upload to the competition entry form as long as they clearly show the store name, date, and amount.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Entrants’ personal information will be collected for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Entrants may be contacted with promotional material but can opt out at any time. Personal information you provide to Revelop Estate Management Pty Ltd by completing this entry form (or otherwise providing your details) may be used for purposes related to the operation of our business including the administration of this Competition including advising you and the public if you are the winner and providing and improving our
products and services and, unless you do not opt in on the entry form or you opt out by contacting us, communicating with you on an ongoing basis for market research and/or providing you with information about any products or services we think you may be interested in at Stanhope Village. This information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.stanhopevillage.com.au/privacy-policy.
No personal information will be shared with third parties except where necessary for the conduct of the promotion (e.g. prize fulfillment). Entry into the promotion is conditional on providing this information.
12. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice, subject to regulatory approval.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the promotion, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable) for whatever reason, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where required.
The Prize and/or any element of the Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied by the winner.
No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their Prize and/or any element of the Prize as stated.
The Promoter is not responsible for defective Prizes, lost or stolen Prizes or misuse of the Prize.
All entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize(s) or participation in this Competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or receipts.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). However, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

15. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute regarding the conduct of the promotion, the eligibility of entries, or the claiming of any prize, the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007 (NSW) and relevant regulations.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to any directions given by the NSW Fair Trading or Liquor & Gaming NSW. If a dispute remains unresolved, entrants may lodge a complaint with Liquor & Gaming NSW or seek independent legal advice.

Speciality retailers only. Majors are excluded: Aldi, Coles, Liquorland, Big W, KFC, McDonalds.
