The event is a free community event being held on Friday, 7 August 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Stanhope Gardens Leisure Centre. It aims to encourage open and practical conversations about living well, planning ahead, advance care planning, end-of-life care, legal planning, grief and bereavement, and the support services available within our community.
